A family had a coffee shop in Sausalito called NorthPoint Coffee. Before opening - an inside wall needed to be constucted and electricity needed to be expanded in the small building. MG Constructors & Engineers Inc. were retained to complete the work. Mark Garrison promised to come to the shop and supervise the progress. This was the beginning of the end - literally put the place out of business, prevented the sale of the company and family out on street. This could be you.
Mark never showed up to the construction project, Work orders were never presented as the work was completed, as you know you sign if there is an increase over the original estmate. Could someone explain to me how a $26,000 project becomes a $75,000 one without explanation? Houses in many parts of this country can be built for that amount. I don't recommend Mark Garrison or MG Constuctors & Engineers, Inc.
